At AmorOnzz, we want you to feel confident, beautiful, and completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Peace of Mind

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all customers, we kindly ask that:

  • Items remain unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags and hygiene seals are intact

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Because our pieces are intimate garments, we’re unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have had hygiene seals removed.


Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and our support team will gladly assist you with an exchange (subject to availability).

We’re always happy to guide you in finding the perfect fit.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect (rare, but it happens), please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.
